KEVIN J. VULTER
GRAFTON: Kevin J. Vulter, 20, passed away September 26, 2008 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Grafton that day. He is survived by his parents, James F. and Carol A. ( Stines ), his brother Ryan J., his sister Andrea M., maternal grandparents Joseph and Doris Stines all of Grafton. Paternal grandparents Carol Vulter of Millbury, Frederick Vulter and his wife Elizabeth of Port St Lucie FL, his aunts and uncles, Daniel Stines, Nancy Banks and her husband Michael, Jennifer Schofield and her husband Jack, Thomas Vulter and his wife Deborah, four cousins, Melissa and Kristen Banks, Josephine and John Schofield and his puppy " Brady". Kevin was born February 17, 1988 in Worcester and lived all his life in Grafton playing baseball in the Grafton Little League, football in the Pop Warner program and soccer in the Grafton Youth Soccer Club. He then graduated from Grafton High School in 2006 where he played varsity football and baseball. He continued his education at Quinsigamond Community College earning certification in their energy and utility program. Kevin was an apprentice lineman at National Grid Co. and had worked with his father at James Vulter Plumbing, Mamco Construction and Sunshine Sign Co. Kevin was always concerned for other people and quick to offer his help to them whenever he could. He volunteered at Grafton recreational fields and The Asa Waters Mansion in Millbury with his grandmother. He was a loyal Patriots and Red Sox fan along with enjoying motorcycles, dirt bikes and snowmobiling. Memorial donations may be made in his name to The Grafton High School Football Field Renovation Fund c/o Grafton Credit Union, 86 Worcester St. N. Grafton MA 01536 in lieu of flowers in hopes of fulfilling the dream Kevin had of lighting and renovating the football field.
Funeral & Calling Hours
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Kevin Wednesday October 1st at 10 am in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 17 Waterville St. North Grafton. He will be laid to rest in St. Philip's Cemetery on Millbury St. All attending the funeral Wednesday are respectfully asked to go directly to St. Mary's Church. Calling hours are Tuesday Sept. 30th from 4 to 8 pm in Roney Funeral Home North Chapel, 152 Worcester St. North Grafton.
