SPENCER/WORCESTER: Stephen Segur, 51, passed away suddenly at home following a cardiac illness June 1, 2023. He is survived by his father Donald Segur and his wife Janet, his mother Gail Marsh, his caregiver Linda Csaplar and dear friend Eric Godaire. He was predeceased by his twin brother Michael Segur in 2021. Stephen was born June 7, 1971 in Worcester, MA and his roots were in Holden before he moved to Spencer and eventually Worcester. Stephen was a graduate of Wachusett High School in 1989 and later went on to work part time at Friendly’s restaurant and Walmart. He made many friends playing cards over the years and was always up for a day trip the casino or a Bingo game. Stephen also was a long time member of Holden Grange. A private graveside service is being planned for Stephen at a later date. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers please remember him with a donation to The W. Sumner and Howard L.
