MILLBURY: Thomas Morganti, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on March 6, 2023, peacefully at home after a short illness. He was 86 years old.

Tom was born in Malden, MA- the son of Anthony and Rose (Ruggiero) Morganti. He leaves behind his wife Elaine, his daughter Laura (Morganti) Deneen and her husband Jon Deneen of Grafton; As well as three grand-daughters- Caitlin, Paige, and Lindsay Deneen, all of Grafton. He was predeceased by his son Dean A. Morganti and his sister Geraldine Morganti.

Tom graduated from Malden High School and Massachusetts College of Art. He began his teaching career in Holliston as a grade 5 teacher and retired as a grade 6 teacher at the Wellesley Middle School.

His hobbies included his love of music and art. He appeared in many musical plays for the Vokes Theater in Wayland and received a standing ovation for his performance in Two by Two. Over the last few years, he has made numerous CDs as a vocalist and a designer of the album covers. He will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and fans of Tom Liberty.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Brigid Church on Main Street in Millbury, MA on March 13, 2023, at 11am. There will be no prior visitation. Interment will be private.
