GRAFTON: Dorothy E. (Hasty) Fox, 94, passed away December 15, 2022 at LifeCare Center of Auburn following an illness. Her husband of 58 years, Robert C. Fox passed away in 2013. Dorothy leaves her five children; Glen and his wife Josephine, Missy Pichette and her husband Guy, Brenda Masters and her late husband Mitchell (2006), Cheryl Gignilliat and her husband Thomas, Robert Fox II; eight grandchildren, Jesse and Nicholas Masters, Dana and Ryan Fox, Joseph and Elaine Mewhiney, Michelle Goga and Nicole Williams and eight great grandchildren.
Dorothy was born March 23, 1928 in Portland, ME, daughter of the late Hallie (Lunn) and Philip Hasty. Her roots were in Cape Elizabeth, ME and she lived in Grafton with her husband Bob for most of her life. By trade Dorothy was a Registered Nurse for many years before retiring in 1986. Following her retirement she continued to volunteer at Hahnemann Hospital and UMass Memorial in Worcester. She was a devoted member of The Baptist Church of Grafton and served on its Board of Directors, was a member of Rachel Chapter OES #61 as well.

Away from work she and her husband Bob traveled often and enjoyed camping trips across New England.
All are welcome to gather with Dorothy’s family and friends Wednesday December 21st from 10am-12pm at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton MA 01536 followed by a prayer service at 12:30pm at The Baptist Church of Grafton 1 South Street Grafton, MA 01519. She will be laid to rest privately.
