Jeannette and I spoke frequently for at least an hour at a time on the phone and the love she had for Jean and Jimmy were boundless. She was a friend and neighbor for almost 60 yrs and I have to say she was one of the strongest women I knew. Jeannette and Jim had a wonderful loving marriage and were always willing to keep an eye on the girls. I will miss our chats. My sympathy goes out to Jean and Jimmy and the rest of her family. Ruth

Please accept my deepest condolences. Grammy was near and dear to many of at South School. She had a sharp wit and a kindness that ran deep. She was always there to help us out. She was certainly a blessing. Of course, her favorite topic to talk about was her Grandson, Jimmy. He certainly held a special place in her heart and we loved hearing all about our SS alumni. May you all find peace in your memories and may her love shine brightly through you. She was a very special lady and will be missed. Rest In Peace.

Dear Jean & Jimmy, We are so sorry for your loss. With deepest sympathy. She will be dearly missed. Your family was an extension of our family! So many great memories of both our parents and endless numbers of card games and too many childhood memories to put down. The 4 of them are now reunited playing cards! Jimmy, you had a wonderful grandmother and she adored you. You were the love of her life. She was so very proud of you. I could hear the smile and her beaming through the phone every time we spoke. She will always be in your hearts and in your memories. She won't be forgotten! Her voice alone is imbedded in my mind. I'm truly grateful and blessed to have had her in my life. You will be missed. RIP Jeanette! Love, Mary
