WORCESTER: Jeannette Gabaree passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home on December 7, 2022, at the age of 85.

Jeannette was born in Norton, MA on January 13, 1937 to Eugene St. Germain and Loretta (Coffey) St. Germain. She was married to James (Jimmy) Gabaree who passed in 1998. She graduated from St Stephen High School in 1954. After graduation, Jeannette attended Ollis Academy and was a hairdresser in Worcester for many years. She later worked at UPS as a member of Teamsters Local 170. After retirement, Jeannette was a volunteer at Londonderry NH South School for several years, receiving an award as New Hampshire Senior Volunteer of the Year during that time.

Jeannette leaves a daughter, Jean Gabaree Lawler of Myrtle Beach, SC formerly of Londonderry, NH and her grandson, Jimmy Lawler of Londonderry, NH, who was the light of her life. She also leaves a brother, Robert of Whitinsville and many nieces and nephews for whom she loved being Auntie.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her parents, sister Mary Stellato of Mattapoisett, brothers Gene of Webster, James of Worcester, John of Oxford and William of Worcester.
Burial is private.
