Please accept my condolences of the passing of Gerry. I worked at Assabet with Jerry in the Auto Body shop and we spent a lot of time talking about cars and anything he was interested in at the time a great guy and Teacher. My daughter was one of his students and her favorite in food trade Arthur Balthazar

I am so sorry to hear of Gerrys' passing. I worked with Gerry at Assabet for many years. He was always great to work with. As a "car guy" we certainly had a connection as I taught Auto Tech there. I have wonderful memories of him. My sincere condolences.

I am very sorry for your loss and condolences to the whole Burns family. As an Assabet Valley alumni, for the last 40 years every time I make a roux, I remember "What is a Roux?" He always got his point across and mostly with humor. He was one of the good ones.Thank you for sharing him with his students, we are all better because of him. Barry Henley AV'84
