Condolence: I just saw Gerry's obituary and wanted to extend my condolences. I have many memories of Gerry from the mid 1980's, when he was building houses in Hopkinton. He purchased some lots from my Dad, over a span of about 10 years. So, we got to know Gerry pretty well. Gerry and his sidekick, Oliver- his beloved dog, were on the jobsite everyday. Gerry would work and he'd stop to have lunch with Oliver. We joked with him, as his lovely wife, Zita, made him and Oliver the best lunches. We knew he'd never buy anything from the canteen truck, as it wouldn't compare to what he brought from home. It was always a pleasure when Gerry brought his family by the office. The kids would visit with the horses and goats. Again, I'm sorry for your loss and will keep you in my prayers.

Condolence: Dear Zita, I was so sad for you to hear about Gerry's earthly passing. Although I did not have the pleasure of knowing him, I do know how special he was and how his family meant everything to him. You have been such a devoted wife and have cared for him so thoughtfully especially over the past few years when his health was compromised. May he Rest In Peace now and may you celebrate all the good memories and what you both created together. May you be comforted by your faith and trust in Great Spirit. Hugs to you. Martine

Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss. One of my early memories of Gerry was at the Fay house in Winchester. I think he was still in school at Northeastern. He had a Volkswagen Beatle and humored all of us younger cousins by packing a dozen or so into the car and driving us around the neighborhood. Henry
