Obituary for Ariana Lynn Sanko-Pantojas

GRAFTON: “Love does not look like a person, love is our actions, love is giving all we can”. The poet Rupi Kaur may have been describing the vibrant soul of Ariana Lynn Sanko-Pantojas, who left this world far too soon May 22, 2022 after injuries sustained in an auto accident. If you knew Ariana perhaps you were fortunate to feel the warmth and energy she brought to everyone around her and experience her generosity first hand. She lived a selfless life of service to others without a moment of judgment toward anyone. She had a great love of her cat “Henny”, her beloved late dog “Colby” and all animals. She also loved the experiences and beauty of being outdoors.

Ariana leaves her son Jasper A. Lavoie, she was a light in others lives but he was the greatest light in hers. Ariana also leaves her loving mother Diana Sanko, her siblings Alexia Sanko and Peter Courville, her grandmother Sandra Ramos and great-grandfather Edward Sanko, her great uncle Edward J. Sanko and her half sisters Desiree and Alexandra Pantojas and father Tommy Pantojas. She was predeceased by her loving great-grandmother Carol Sanko.

Ariana was born April 3, 1998 in Worcester, MA and she grew up and lived in Grafton. She worked in the hospitality industry as a waitress at Pho Sure, Hunter’s Grille and Two Ovens among other businesses. How she went about her work and treated people were always far more important than the job at hand.

All are welcome to gather with Ariana’s family and friends Friday May 27th from 4pm to 7pm at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton, MA 01536. Funeral services and burial will be private.
