GRAFTON: Genevieve (Ferreira) "Gen" Desmond, 91, passed peacefully on Monday April 25, 2022. Gen was preceded by her loving husband George Desmond in 1993. Gen leaves behind her two sons Richard Tetlow of Monson, Maine and David Tetlow and his wife Kathy of Fayateville, North Carolina, 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. She worked at Kartergainer Hat Corporation where she made life-long friendships which she treasured. Gen was a private woman who enjoyed spending time with her family laughing and reminiscing She loved the ocean and treasured the time she spent on Cape Cod. All are welcome to gather with Gen's family and friends Friday April 29th from 9:30-11:00am at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton, MA 01536 followed by a service at 11am in the funeral home. She will then be laid to rest at PIne Grove Cemetery in North Grafton.
