GRAFTON: Patrick John Killeen was delivered early at 26 weeks gestation along with his twin sister Sophia Carmella Killeen. After 42 days in this world, he gained his angel wings and was welcomed into heaven. He is now with his twin sister looking down on us all.

He leaves behind his parents, Miriah and Michael Killeen of Grafton, sister pup Winni, grandparents Beverly & James Pero of Harvard, John & Kathy Killeen of Whitinsville, as well as many family members and close friends.

Even though his life was short, he was known to be quite feisty and flirtatious in the NICU.

A private burial service will be held for immediate family only.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the March of Dimes in honor of Patrick J. Killeen.
