To the Felice Family,
So sorry to hear of Billy’s passing. I’ll never forget the great times I had with him and Louie playing Little League baseball for Millbury Savings Bank back in the early 1960s. He was a tremendous person. From

Dear Donna & Family….I just wanted to let you know how sorry I was to hear about Bill…. I did my teacher training with him, as a fellow new teacher in 1978 every Saturday morning at WITI…. I had the opportunity to work with Bill when he came to Assabet to design and establish the best plumbing program in the state…. He was a Master plumber and a Master teacher. I always enjoyed stopping by his shop when he had a demonstration lesson in progress, I always learned something new….Bill was a very genuine person who would always help you out. Again my thoughts and prayers to you and your family…From

We are honored to have been a part of Billy's life. Never have we met a gentler soul that walked the earth and found so much joy in the simplest of things. He has left an indelible mark on generations to come and has left this world a better place for having been it.
We will keep his memory alive forever on the shores and golf courses of Cape Cod.
With all our love and sincerest sympathies,
Jamie, Jeanne, Sarah, Nick and Jack

I am so sorry to learn about the passing of Bill and from the same horrible disease that took my husband 5 years ago. Bill was so kind to me during that difficult time and I will miss his warm smile and friendly wave as he drove by in his truck. He is resting in the arms of our Savior.
My prayers are with all of you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. Anytime we would see him was a great memory , always smiling and happy to be around family . I have been in the trades for 40 years anytime I would come across one of his students they all would same thing . That he cared about their growth both in the field as well as in life . God bless you all.
