Condolence: To the Felice Family, So sorry to hear of Billy’s passing. I’ll never forget the great times I had with him and Louie playing Little League baseball for Millbury Savings Bank back in the early 1960s. He was a tremendous person.

I did my teacher training with him, as a fellow new teacher in 1978 every Saturday morning at WITI…. I had the opportunity to work with Bill when he came to Assabet to design and establish the best plumbing program in the state…. He was a Master plumber and a Master teacher. I always enjoyed stopping by his shop when he had a demonstration lesson in progress, I always learned something new….Bill was a very genuine person who would always help you out.
