Grafton MA - Sophia Carmella Killeen was delivered early at 26 weeks gestation along with her twin brother Patrick John Killeen. After five long days of fighting, Sophia gained her angel wings and was welcomed into heaven.

She leaves behind her parents, Miriah and Michael Killeen of Grafton, her twin brother Patrick Killeen, sister pup Winni, grandparents Beverly & James Pero of Harvard, John & Kathy Killeen of Whitinsville, as well as many other family members and close friends.

Even though her life was short, she was known to be quite the fighter in the NICU.

The parents ask that you continue to pray for their son Patrick as he remains in the NICU.

A wake will be held on Friday March 18th from 4pm to 7pm at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester Street N. Grafton, MA 01536. A private burial service will be held for immediate family only.
