Our deepest sympathy to you all in this time of sorrow. She will be missed by all who knew her, and remembered fondly for her thoughtfulness and willingness to help everyone she met. She always shared many stories of their travels, and encouraged us to have many adventures of our own. She will continue to inspire us to be good and faithful in our daily lives.

Condolence: Dan and family,
Please accept our sympathy, our prayers and condolences to you and your family on the loss of your mom. Hearing about her has deeply saddened us and you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Condolence:
Our community, where Marien lived for approximately 7 years, will never be the same without her. We loved, admired and respected her. She was a strong, independent woman with a big heart. Always willing to lend a helping hand whether it was planting, weeding, mulching or playing with the neighborhood children. She always had a treat for the dogs, too. She enjoyed socializing with her neighbors, sitting outside in nice weather to share a pleasant conversation.

One Christmas she and Al decorated our gazebo and the tradition has continued throughout the years. It has became a community activity and we were involved in helping her with the decorations. In her honor a plaque, "Marien's Place", will be hung on the gazebo. She will forever be a part of our community.

Condolence: Marien was a very special friend to Paul and I. We loved going to breakfasts or dinners after Mass with her. We also enjoyed her company In our home and in hers. Her cat kept her company and was as gentle as she was.
Al, Marien, and I also volunteered together at a homeless shelter in Worcester. She helped out at our church fairs and at our church coffee socials. You could always count on Marien to lend a hand when needed.
We will surely miss Marien’s friendship, but will forever hold her memory dear to our hearts.

Marien was one of the kindest people. She was a blessing to have has a friend. She was a devoted mother to her family. She always was ready to lend a hand or volunteer for something.
Marien had a big heart. Young people loved her as she always found time to listen to them and wanted to learn from them. I truly believe Marien was an inspiration to many. You will be missed Marien and I know you loved Wells, Maine. Rest in peace and now you are at peace with our Savior.

Condolence: As a co-worker, Marien was kind and supportive. Although she could speak her mind, she treated everyone with the greatest respect.
She and Jack, Ronnie and I became friends. No surprise: dogs were involved.
