AUBURN: Mr. Rene J. LeBlanc passed away peacefully in his home on January 21, 2021 after a four year battle with cancer.
Rene was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. His parents were Wilfred and Antonette LeBlanc. He raised his family and resided in Grafton for 47 years before relocating to Auburn.
Rene was well known in the community as the owner and operator of LeBlanc’s Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning serving Worcester County for many decades.
Rene will be forever loved and missed by his surviving wife, Marcia LeBlanc, daughter, Christine Magnant, and her husband Thomas, son, Timothy LeBlanc, and daughter Sonja Fair and her husband Randall. As well as five grandchildren Nicolas Magnant, Danielle & her husband Timothy Bradshaw, Rebecca Fair, Rachel Fair and Thomas Fair and three great grandchildren, Jack, Mason and Ella. Other family members include his brother Raymond LeBlanc along with his wife Charlotte and his sister Lucienne Gustufson as well as many other nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by brothers Roger LeBlanc, Henry LeBlanc, sisters Marie Green, Theresa O’Conner and grandson Luke Magnant

He enjoyed bowling and especially winning against his nephews Lenny and Paul Fortunato as well as playing cribbage and playing with his grandchildren, great grandchildren and his dog Bella.
At Rene’s request, no public memorial services will be held. A private family graveside service will be held.
