Obituary for Francis P. Golden

GRAFTON: Francis P. Golden, 74, passed away December 22, 2020 at Milford Regional Medical Center following an illness. He is survived by his son Joseph Buduo and his wife Mary and their children Joseph, Alec and Gianna; his brother Kevin Golden and his wife Robyn and nieces Amy Revello and husband Ben and Beth Golden, and his cousins Kathleen North and James Golden. Frank was born November 18, 1946 in Worcester, son of the late Anna (Donahue) and Patrick Golden. His roots were in Worcester and he lived for many years in Grafton. Frank worked as a Construction Project Manager for the Federal Government for more than 30 years and was the owner of F. Golden Trucking. He was happiest behind the wheel of a truck or snowplowing, but you also could find Frank playing a round of golf with friends or spending a Sunday afternoon by the pool that would surely be followed by enjoying a rare steak. He also enjoyed spending time in Naples, Florida. All are welcome to gather with Frank’s family Monday, December 28th from 9-10:30 a.m. at Roney Funeral Home, 152 Worcester St., N. Grafton, MA 01536. Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks will be required. His Funeral Mass and burial will be private. Please honor Frank in lieu of flowers with a donation to the Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden St., Worcester, MA 01606 or online at www.Worcesterarl.org.
