Know that you are in my thoughts as the anniversary of Stevan's passing approaches. Stevan set a great example for all of the kids in the Messier Street neighborhood. He was a terrific neighbor and friend to the Elie family. Wishing that fond memories bring more smiles than tears.

Condolence: Sorry for the late post as I just found out the sad news of Steve passing. My condolences and prayers for the family. Steve was one of the 1st brothers I met when I joined Local 4 in the early 80's and we hit it off immediately. Worked a few jobs together over the years. In fact we were hunting partners every year up in Maine. We'd head up for 1 week every year with a few other guys "F-Troop" back in the 80's. Wonderful memories with a tear in my eyes. The Rosary will be prayed for Steve and family. Love you brother! Till we meet again.

Condolence: Uncle Roger, Aunt Susan, and Cousins, Command Master Chief Stevan Remillard rose to the top of the Navy's senior enlisted ranks. This is an accomplishment that attests to the: dedication, sacrifice, service before self, and patriotism of a life dedicated to the pursuit of excellence. It is with great sadness that the Norquist family receives the news of Stevan's passing.
In my own recollection, Stevan was pretty much the eldest of all the kids in the neighborhood, and I remember how we all looked up to him. Reading about his life makes it clear he remained someone to look up to throughout his time on Earth.

My mother, Ann, asks me to also post her deepest condolences.

Condolence: Dear Mr. & Mrs. Remillard and John and Robert and Rachel and your families,
I am so truly sorry for your loss. When I said goodbye to Stevan tonight, I told him what a great friend and neighbor he was to my dad, and how my dad truly loved him. And I also asked him to say hello to Michael, who has never been forgotten. While sitting in the parking lot, I had the pleasure of speaking with a very kind lady in uniform, I believe her name was Deb. She last saw Steven a couple years ago at a military gathering. She drove all the way from Maine to be there tonight.

Condolence: Roger, Sue and the Remillard Family. Our Families have known each other way before Stevan and I were born! As we have so much in common, South Grafton, Catholic, teammates on Dauphinas in little league. I am sorry that I had not had contact with Stevan for many years. I know that he is certainly among the ANGLES now and forever! I know that my FOLKS will meet him soon in Heaven!!! We grew up together. Played Little League together. Our houses were right on top of each other. To hear the news today was shocking. It brought back so many memories of playing baseball in your big yard and football in our yard in front of your house,
