Condolence: My condolences to Maureen and to their family. In every memory I have of Bill, he was laughing and smiling. In the video tribute, he displayed a delightful collection of hats. They brought a smile to my face. We'll all miss Bill.

Condolence: Dear Moineau family, we are saddened to hear of Bill's passing. I have fond teenage memories of him often yelling at us for doing the stupid things that teenage boys do. Condolence: Condolences from our family to Bill's I've known Bill all my life, most memorably the Moineau gatherings on Mount Pleasant Street and at the Marlborough Country Club. I remember that he gave me and my cousins great rides in his antique cars. Peace to him and his family.
