I met Odette while working at Fidelity Investments in Marlborough in 1996.  Our senses of humor clicked immediately which made work speed by quickly.  At one point we decided to take advantage of Fidelity's gym facilities during our lunch hour.  We went to the gym at e else left for lunch and nobody noticed our absence.  However, it became impossible to make the time properly when winter came and boots and heavy coats gave away our gig!  The gym was short-lived.  We enjoyed walking exercizes inside as well as outdoors.  We incorporated a good walk during breaks climbing upstairs and walking on other floors when it11 am worked out for 25-30 minutes, took very quick showers, returned to our desks and ate our lunches when everyon was cold outside.  On nice days we incorporated a parking garage and walks on the campus.  Somehow the walk always ended in the Caffeteria just as the chocolate chip cookies came out of the oven!  It wasn't so bad when we split a giant warm cooky.  Odette and I remained good friends for years and I particularly admired her for keeping her humor even during her sickness...Rest in Peace Dear Friend.
