Obituary for Chandrakant J. Khatri

Sutton - Chandrakant J. Khatri, 76, passed away peacefully on April 2nd, 2018 at Beaumont Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Northbridge. He is survived by his son, Pankaj Khatri and his wife Annureet, and his grandchildren Navjot and Mayah.

Chandrakant was born on November 1, 1941 in India and emigrated here in 1988 to find a better life for his family. He worked two jobs for many years to support his family and was always a hard worker. A tragedy struck in the early 1990's that took away his beloved wife Nila and his daughter Bhakti. He became a brave father for his son Pankaj and helped him become the man he is today. He had worked at Staples for 20 years in the Accounts Payable department before retiring. After retirement, he enjoyed more time playing with both of his grandchildren. He would also take long vacations with guided tours for locations all around the world. He traveled and saw more countries then we all could dream of.

He was a kind and loving man. He was known for taking pictures of relatives and friends during gatherings and then he would then get them printed, framed and mail it to them. He also loved showing off his card tricks, the mouse he would make from a handkerchief and tell everyone about his tricky questions. Even after his health was worsening the last few years, he would always show every new person he met his magic tricks.

He will be greatly missed by his loved ones and more so by the many people whose hearts he touched.
