GRAFTON: Kathe J. Johnston, 62, passed away November 27, 2016 following a lengthy illness. She is survived by her daughters : Rebecca Lorre and Antero Melo , Joanna Samuelson and Ryan Gasco, her step daughter, Jennifer Paquette and was predeceased by her step son , Roger Samuelson Jr. She also leaves her sister, Lois Bacys , brother in law Phillip Dumas and his late wife , Susan Dumas. Kathe will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Keith Paquette, Hannah and Matthew Lorre, Lilianna Melo, Emma and Samantha Gasco, and several nieces and great nephews. Kathe was born December 15, 1953 in Worcester, daughter of the late Ruth (Odgren) and Frederick Johnston. She spent most of her life in Grafton and worked for many years as a Lab Assistant at Tufts Veterinary Hospital. All are welcome to the graveside services for Kathe Friday December 2nd at 1:00pm in the upper section of Pine Grove Cemetery in North Grafton. There are no calling hours, but her family invites all to a Celebration of Kathe's life at the American Legion in Grafton following the services.
