Gail Wilen
Gail (Wells) Wilen, 80 of Westwood MA., died Sunday, May 15 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease, surrounded by her loving family.
She leaves her devoted husband of 18 years, Stanley Wilen and her daughters, Beverly McClure and her fiance, James Davey of Millbury and Debra Sheeran of Grafton. Gail also leaves her step children, Andrew Wilen and his wife Cybil, of Saco ME, Wendy MacDonald and her husband Scott of Odento MD, Heidi Wilen and her husband Keith Lomenzo of Bedford MA." Nonny" adored her grandchildren, Corey McClure and his fiance Hannah, Elizabeth, Scottie, Jeremy, Asa, Sammy, Theo, Camille, Claudia, Deirdre, Alyssa and her husband Wilson. Along with her great granddaughter, Calleigh. Gail is also survived by her loving Sisters, Sandra Hunter of Grafton and Grace Atchue and her husband Charlie of Florida and Grafton. She also leaves many dear nieces and nephews.
Gail was one of nine children born to the beloved late Helen Grace Wells of Oakham MA.
She is predeceased by her grandson Shane McClure, her brothers, Ralph, George, Raymond, David and Allison along with her sister, Gloria Ruth.
Gail was an amazing business woman and was the proprietor of Gail's Children's Apparel of Hudson where she also served on the Merchant Association Board and Best Way Travel Agency of Marlborough. She also contributed many hours over the years helping in her daughter Beverly's business, Floral Elegance of North Grafton.
Gail grew up in Oakham MA, graduated from North Brookfield High School and was valedictorian of her class.
In her later years she enjoyed traveling, entertaining and ballroom dancing with her beloved husband Stan. Gail had beautiful gardens at her Westwood home and spent many joyful hours caring for them.
She valued many treasured friendships and was loved by all who knew her. Gail loved life and even in the depths of her disease she continued to gift us with her beautiful smiles.

Her funeral service will be held Monday May 23rd at 12:00pm at Roney Funeral Home. Burial will be private at her family's convenience.
